Fixed pay comprises basic salary, HRA, allowances and statutory contributions based on the position and scale. Fixed pay is reviewed based on the annual performance assessment reports and market trends.
IncentivesVarious performance-based incentive programs are introduced from time to time to motivate employees to outperform themselves every time. Quantum of incentives is arrived at based on assessment against a balanced scorecard of performance objectives laid down by our Board and the overall performance of the organization. Special deferred incentives are also offered to retain talent and high performing employees.
