Rewards Program is offered by Demoport to its Registered Users, free of cost. Registered users, under this program, will earn points with every purchase they make on Demoport. These points, once they reach the stipulated threshold limit, can be redeemed against future transactions on Demoport.in.

Please note that only select products listed on Demoport are covered under this Rewards Program.

You get automatically included in this program the moment you sign up as a Registered User on Demoport.

You stand to gain Reward Points in two ways. When you personally make purchases on Demoport and when people referred by you make purchases (only for the first two transactions) on Demoport.

Points get added to your account only after you or the buyers referred by you click on the Confirmation Link mailed to you on the successful completion of a transaction.

Number of points accrued depends on the type and value of the products you buy on Demoport. Please note that Reward Points are offered only for select products.

Presently, the value of a Reward Point is fixed at Rs.1/-. This may chang anytime at the absolute discretion of Demoport.

There are no charges.

Reward Points will start reflecting in your account only after you click on the Confirmation Link mailed to you. Clicking on the Confirmation Link indicates that the order is fulfilled to your satisfaction.

Once you accumulate a minimum of 1000 points, you can redeem them on your future purchases on Demoport.

You will need a minimum of 1000 points to effect a redemption. Please check in your account whether you have reached this threshold limit.

No. You can’t pool these points for redemption. For quick accumulation of points and redemption, we advise you to use a single account for all your purchases on Demoport.

Yes. These Reward Points will expire in 12 months from the date of their issue.

Probably one of the following reasons.

i. A portion of your Reward Points might have expired on crossing the validity period.
ii. You might have cancelled your order. This will result in deduction of the points accrued for that particular transaction.
iii. Due to some administrative / policy reasons on the part of Demoport. In this case, a admin notification will be there in your account.

No. You will receive Reward Points only when you purchase products on Demoport. Besides, Reward Points are currently offered only for select products.

No. Amount paid using the redemption of existing Reward Points is not eligible for further points. However, if you have made only a part-payment using the points, you will get points for the balance payment made using other payment options.

Please note that the amount paid using Promo Codes are also not eligible for Reward Points.
